This confirms that The Schools Advertiser have received a request from your company to advertise in The Schools Advertiser and forms an agreement between the advertiser and the publisher.  The advertiser agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.  A Booking Confirmation is sent to all advertisers via email – any changes to the booking must be made within 24 hours of the booking confirmation being sent.  If the booking is confirmed after the published copy deadline, no changes to the booking can be made.


All artwork is to be supplied complete according to our technical specification by not later than the published copy deadline date.  Any artwork provided that does not meet the criteria of the technical specification sheet must be provided at least two weeks before copy deadline so that proofs can be provided where possible.  We cannot accept responsibility for any errors that may occur when artwork is provided late or not in accordance with our technical specification. Artwork that is submitted as a complete file in-line with our technical specification will not be proofed unless specifically requested. 

If incomplete artwork is supplied, changes to existing artwork or make up is required, a charge for studio time may be made.  In the event that we prepare or change artwork for an advertiser, full instructions must be provided, along with all images, text and layout.  One proof will be given for checking grammar and spelling – any additional proofs for altering layout will be charged at £30 per proof. If a booking is confirmed but artwork is not subsequently supplied, an invoice for the full rate card cost of the space booked will be issued and be payable within 7 days.  Our rate card is available on our website www.theschoolsadvertiser.co.uk.  


Payment of all invoices is to be made within 30 days of invoice, or in accordance with the terms on the invoice.  An additional charge of 2.5% of the original invoice will be incurred on all invoices not paid in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.


Cancellation/alterations must be made not less than two weeks prior to the published copy deadline date.  Cancellations/alterations of a Series Booking must be made not less than four weeks prior to copy deadline date.  Failure to comply will result in a charge being made of the full cost of the advertisement space booked.    All cancellations must be submitted in writing and be confirmed in writing by The Schools Advertiser.
